Who is the best player in the Big Ten?

There are several names that come to mind when I think of this like Yogi, Melo Trimble, Nigel Hayes, Denzel Valentine, AJ Hammons, Caris LeVert. Could a Freshman break through like Diamond Stone, Thomas Bryant or Deyonta Davis? A transfer like Eron Harris? Or maybe someone a bit out of nowhere like a Malcolm Hill or Bryant McIntosh? But which one is the best? Which one could end up being the best this year? Each have their strengths and weaknesses. Each can make a team better. Who would you say is the best?

I think, by the end of the season, the best player on the best team will win Big Ten POY. If Maryland wins, it'll be Trimble, if IU wins, it'll be Yogi.

Aj Hammons could have a massive year but he seems not very motivated. So, I'll go with 3. Yogi, Denzel valentine, or Trimble. Highest ranked team will win it for that player, I would think.

I could definitely see Tate in there. But I think you have to include LeVert. Kid is good. And when is healthy he is one of the best in the B1G.

LeVert was averaging 15 ppg, 5 rpg, 4 apg and 2 spg before going down. That's pretty good.

Yogi or Trimble right now. Wouldnt surprise me if Eron Harris makes some serious noise, though. I think LeVert is overrated but he will get a ton of opportunities so he will be right there.

idk, Trey Burke was phenomenal that season. So was VO, but Trey was a sensational college player.

I'd say Zeller deserved it more than VO. But Burke was great.

I think it's valentine high basketball iq great all around player in my opinion. Melo is still young seems to take a lot of bad shots at times. Yogi is awesome but also he seems to dribble into trouble a lot.

I'd say Zeller deserved it more than VO. But Burke was great.

All Zeller had to do was play well during the Syracuse game and look how that turned out. That highlight video gives me the creeps.
