They're connected and have an internal gate. They became a joint base in 2008ish under Naval command (worst thing that's happened to the base). K-bay is beautiful and has an amazing golf course!

Shoot man...the day anyone HAS to pay to use ANY PART of BTB is the day that me and several others walk.  Donations are always welcome.
