2015 Transfers and Early Entries

Recommended Posts

Best case scenario for Troy is his career goes the Gerald Green route. He will play early in his career a little then end up in Europe and the D League and hopefully figure it out a couple years after he is drafted and turns into a above average NBA player

When you see players that shouldn't go pro declare for the draft, just remember that part of NCAA is being a STUDENT.

Some don't want anything to do with that anymore. Some may not even be eligible to play in NCAA next year so they don't have a choice. Just hope to impress.

AND the ones who have a problem with not getting paid can go play overseas and make pretty good money.

Chris McCullough of Syracuse expected to declare for the NBA draft; was averaging 9.3 points and 6.9 rebounds through 16 games before he tore an ACL in January.  Not sure how many this now makes for Syracuse who are leaving for one reason or another.  I think he's at least the 3rd if not 4th player.

Someone else brought up a good point that while Patterson and someone else from Syracuse have announced their plans to transfer, until they actually do, they still count against the scholarship numbers
