Just watched a 30 for 30 on him. I wasn't alive when he was in CBB. Being that IU was and likes the above average white guys that are clean cut and firey. How did IU view him as a whole?

i hate to say it but I liked IU and the FAB five at that age. I was young and the fab five was cool, as was rap, etc. I was not a Laettner or Duke fan at all. I've grown to appreciate his fire and skill, I DID always like Grant Hill though. It was an interesting show, they made good points. I didn't hate him though.

I loved beating Duke in 2002. That and the UK win rank right at the top for games I saw live and remember well.

I hate him and that team and the refs for royally screwing over IU in 1992 in the Final Four...

do y'all realize that IU had 4 or 5 starters foul out in that game?

most rediculously called game in the history of college basketball...

I will always hold a place in Dante's inferno...in the deepest of pits for Laettner and that team...

He eas excellent. he was the leader spiritually of a great group of basketball players. He scoref, defended, as was fiery as hell. He was the type of player hou loved kn your tram, but hated if he was the opposition.
