I don't think anyone is satisfied. I'm certainly not happy. Small ball is not a realistic style of play. But we don't have a choice this year. Said it in the fall, one player away.

In this situation I am describing, you are giving the best HS coach in Indiana our players and then telling him. "Can you get this team to be higher ranked on D than 239?" I would take that bet.

It's a "stupid proposition" because you know you're golden tom would get shown up. (Again ignore offense)

It's not about "golden Tom." Personally I really don't understand the outrage. He has done such a good job at IU it's ridiculous.

The instant gratification that fans want sickens me; let this guy develop the team. Just because you guys say we need to be top 5, it doesn't mean it's just that easy. It's a slow climb. We are doing things IU hasn't seen in a long time and all we can do is complain about shortcomings that aren't going to change this season? How about supporting the damn kids who are fighting for their coach?

Of course it's unacceptable. You think Crean wants to play this style? He lost his ONLY two inside players. Emmitt will come along.

The defense has nothing to do with Crean's understanding of defense. This is the crap that kills me. You really think he doesn't know the game to that level!?! Come on!
