Who this team is and where they're going

I firmly believe that we as fans will get what we settle for. If we are willing to accept the current state of things that's all it's ever gonna be. If enough people really get vocal things will change.

It's not just the fans, the administration has to refuse to settle too.  They have to say enough is enough and start acting like a blue blood, like Alabama football did going after a guy that said he wouldn't coach there.  They hadn't done much in a while until they swung for the fences either.

Guys, this is a good team. Unfortunately, they haven't figured out how to play to each other's strengths to the maximum yet. They will get it together. Imagine yourself getting plugged in with a whole crew of new players, having to adjust to your role, and learn everyone else's. Then put it together on the court, against the toughest teams in the nation. Stay patient!

I'm not sure the administration refuses to settle until enough fans/big donors refuse to settle. It's the easy way out, ya know? "Things aren't great but they're not to bad. Let's not rock the boat!" that's settling.

This program has not achieved sustained success in almost 25 years. I don't want 25 more years of mediocrity. Hell, 25 years from now I'm gonna be in my mid seventies and getting close to kicking the bucket! I want something to be excited about and root for NOW!

UNC fans didn't wait very long to say they wanted Doherty gone. UK fans with Billy G? Same thing. Maybe I'm being a little selfish but...produce or get the hell outta the way and give someone else a shot!

This is true. Have family ties to Bama and they make UK fans look mild.

After numerous negative post this week, I thoroughly enjoyed this response.

Yeah, the in the moment negativity is utterly stupid. It amazes me that grown men and women act like this.

What worries me is Yogi is playing himself into the draft. Crean is an awful coach, never should have brought Yogi in to play his game like that. Should have gotten a steady Indiana kid who will be here for four years that understands what it means to beat Purdue. Then IU basketball would be back to glory just like when Bobby was here!
