Most hated teams?

 

1-infinity:  UK

Purdue always has to be on that list

I just realized as I was searching for a 10th team, that I didn't have Purdue. They honestly didn't even enter my mind as I was making the list, they really just don't matter that much to me. I don't view them as real competition. 

 

I'd also add that this list changes as teams get better/worse. Around the Hummel year, Purdue would probably have been near the top.

I'll never forget that Athletes in Action game, i was there when they beat us! They shoulda been my #4. Are they still around?

 

I was at that game.  I remember David Wood (former NBA player on AIA) going to the middle of the court after the game and blowing a shofar to celebrate.  True Story.

I don't hate Purdue, I feel sorry for them.

 

The only team I truly hate is UK, and words don't exist to describe how much I utterly loathe that program.  They could be playing a team comprised of the most evil men in history and I still wouldn't root for them and that's not even close to an exaggeration, I would still root against them if they played the Third Reich.

Back on topic---a part of the Maryland post that I found interesting was the comment that IU would have beaten UK last night.

 

I found myself thinking that as well---sure would have been nice to play them in The Hall this year.

UK is my most hated team. Don't care about Purdue, it's honestly embarrassing when they try to talk trash. Wisconsin is up there, but I usually don't enjoy watching them play so I don't care as much. OSU is the only other school I hate besides UK. From the "The" corrections and LeBron James bullcrap, I hate everything about their stuck-up we're better than you mentality.

I can't say I HATE Wisconsin----I like the program Bo has developed and I respect them---but I do dislike playing them.

 

I will go so far as to say ---I HATE playing Wisconsin in the Kohl Center.

As for the rest of the B1G I can't say I hate them because i root for any of them (except Purdue) anytime they play anybody from any other big confrence.... Always nice to see them get beat but the NJIT of the world but against other big schools I always root B1G.

St, love Izzo and his teams).

Can't believe I left Syracuse off my list.  I can't stand that team and how they win and what they stand for------I put them at #5 on my list.
