I wear my candy stripes down here every game. I get complimented often. Waiting for the day a UK fan says something... UL fans are ok, enemy of my enemy...

The day will come trust me. It happened to me just yesterday.

I'm no lip reader, but I think he kept saying "I'm right here."

No he kept sayings "Thats not right" over and over, which was in reference to the foul on Hanner. But he also for sure said "Shut up" to Miles as well. I have no problem with it. In fact I love that Crean acted the way he did

In piecing things together from Nebraska sights and articles on the topic along with watching the tape and and hearing what Miles Said afterward...I firmly believe that what happened was Crean was complaining to the Refs about the way that the Nebraska team had followed through on a couple of fouls (one account says that Webster then said to him ....STFU Tom Crean) and with Miles starting to get in the mix on the conversation Crean told him to get his team to Shut up...

This makes perfect sense with all the talk that Nebraska had been directing toward the IU bench...

If Miles is so classy why does it not transfer over to his players?

He briefly exchanged words with New Orleans coach Mark Slessinger during IU's 79-59 home win on Dec. 22. He told Mark..."coach your team and I will coach mine. " Later after the game he said.. "Not in my gym ... No one talks to me like that in my gym. Next time we play them, if we do, he can practice in a HS gym!l"
Mark Slessinger grew up near Btown .. So this is all very interesting

What did Slessinger say to get that response to Crean?

I cant remember exactly but it was something about what our players were doing... Ironically, this is what he did by talking to the Nebraska player and igniting Miles and then CTC responded ...shut up...now we will have to practice in a HS in Nebraska lol:)

Me and my son wear our IU gear everywhere here in Lexington, KY.

Like it Hoosierfan!

My son and I were in Florida today visiting family and we stopped at a restaurant wearing our IU gear and the owner was a big FSU fan ----he was pumped about the Oregon/FSU bowl game--anyway he told my nephew from Florida who was wearing a FSU jacket that he was going to give him a food discount---and he told me if I put on FSU gear he would give me one too...

I told him I would be glad to pay full price!

And that's the way we true Hoosier fans roll!

True to the School!

This young IU team needs leadership---and one aspect of that is toughness.

Big Ten games are wars.

You have to be tough to win on the road.

We should always conduct ourselves with class and high character---but Coach was showing them when the team is attacked he has their back and they should stand their ground.  They responded to the toughness of their Coach with inspired play...

Another step in the right direction!
