Watched the whole game. Here are my thoughts

 

-Terrible Offense

-No Rebounding

-Decent Defense at times.. got sluggish in the second half 

-No Inside game at all

-Troy can dunk

-Yogi has some clutch in him

-If our threes don't fall, we will lose. 

 

 

Our offense is just turrrrible, drive and dish and miss. We don't seem to run any set plays at all especially when we need one. 

 

oh yeah... FREE THROWS.... YIKES.

Not ready to write the season off yet.

We've been upset before and gone on to have good years.

The boys can learn something from a tough loss---we were competitive and for the most part EWU won the game as opposed to us losing it. They looked like they wanted it more than us.

IMO, Turnover Williams shouldn't get the ball unless he can dunk without putting the ball on the floor. I'm not sold on Max, I'm not sure why he's getting so many minutes. Yogi was a bright spot and JBJ wasn't as effective tonight because be got covered up by good scouting/game planning. Don't blame him

Very disappointed but not writing off the season yet.

Still excited to be in The Assembly Hall for the first time since '90 on Friday.

Troy offensively.

 

Troy can dunk and that is about it.  I've seen 5th graders that understand the game better than he does.

 

I'm 99% sure that he's more concerned about getting on SportsCenter than he is about winning the game.

After looking at the box score, Yogi is a stud. Again. Hartman looked good for his minutes. JBJ was good for how covered he was. Troy can dunk, and nothing else.

Did we ever put the starting lineup back on the floor again after the initial start? I also am not at all impressed with troy Williams his only points were on non challenged dunks if he was contested he messed up and he will b tested later on. I felt he messed flow of offense up also

We were eaten alive inside by EASTERN WASHINGTON....I will stick to my prediction of .500....probably sub .500 season....I think maybe took complaints about his substitutions too much to heart...Its ok...give the freshman some work inside...we will need him, Tom...or don't and find yourself on the coveted list of Coaches in trouble at the end of the year.

lol. So true. That guys eyes were glistening. He wanted/demanded the ball every possession and ate us up when Harvey and the other guard weren't driving for easy lay ups.
