Because EWU coming in and beating #17 Washington at home would make it easier to swallow that they came in and beat us at home.

Honestly, watching this game has helped me feel a lot better. EWU is really really good. They're at least as good as Stephen F. Austin.

It would feel a little better if EWU hangs on but the way we lost the game to them was frustrating. We had it in hand then suddenly stopped playing D and let them take the game away.

Heads need to roll.  Obviously Crean needs to go.  The guys on the court need to learn how to play with desire.  The crowd sucked too.

Yes. We had it in hand and it should have never became a game, much less a loss. Hopefully it's something they DO learn from.

Yeah, something tells me that isn't the last time we'll say that about a loss this year.

 

No need to feel better anyway. EWU loses 77-81. Huskies started hitting 3s and couldn't be stopped in the last 4 mins.

We had that game in full control and took our opponent for granted. Crean had opportunities to stop the comeback effort and let the 8 or 10 point run go. Should have never been a loss. We are not a great team, but we are and were good enough to win that game. Controlled it most of the way. Really dropped the ball in this loss.

Yep.. I would have to go back and watch but I believe Crean let the or entire run go and sat on a timeout until 53 secs to go.. then we had to iu players fighting over who was getting the defensive rebound stat and lost the ball out of bounds which was the nail in the coffin. Terribly coached game I feel. Yea they were shooting the lights out but dang, kill the momentum with a timeout. I know Crean has mentioned before he tries to let the team weather a punch bit sometimes u just gotta swallow the pride and not make enemies amongst the fans over stuff like that.
