Purdue just doesn't draw on a national level. OSU is a football school, but still has much better name recognition. 

I would say there are very few teams that draw on a national level....and Ohio State isn't one of them.  But people like to see duke lose.....and I don't see that happening to Ohio State.

In just 3 weeks, 7 teams have been ranked ahead of Purdue and all of them lost. That's insane.

Duke couldn’t hit a shot. Ultimately good for B1G to be working ACC. That will pay off in the long run.

I don't get Rothstein's take either -- not only for what you correctly point out in that he releases rankings -- but also his 'don't waste banter on rankings'.

He’s attempting to devalue the fact that OSU beat the number one team in the nation….because the number one team in the nation they beat was Duke
