Now there’s 10 minutes left in the game and Penn State is up six points. Kyle Young just fouled out with 5 minutes left. Still think O$U wins as they shutdown the whistles soon Quote

IUc2016 Posted January 28, 2021 Posted January 28, 2021 https://www.sportingnews.com/us/basketball/news/march-madness-ncaa-document-covid-protocols/1iqzjrqjvecyuzz05o34s9egu Here is an article discussing the logistics for getting teams from the conference tournaments to the NCAA. I know it has been mentioned that some teams will opt out of their conference tournaments, but it doesn't seem as logical after reading this article. Just because 1 person tests positive doesn't preclude the rest of the team from playing in the NCAA. That person will quarantine and then travel to Indy when cleared. Those on the team who have 7 consecutive negative tests (which they have to have regardless of playing in the conference tournament) they can travel to Indy for the NCAA's. BTW Mike DeCourcy is the man. HoosierAloha 1 Quote
Class of '66 Old Fart Posted January 28, 2021 Posted January 28, 2021 Adding insult to injury for Kansas State -- strength coach Ben O'Donnell tore his Achilles yesterday and had to have surgery today. The team bus also broke down before the game. Some coaches walked to the arena. Not sure how they're getting to the airport. ALASKA HOOSIER, Alford Bailey, Stuhoo and 1 other 1 2 1 Quote

Apparently shot it pretty well this season. I know he’s in that 6’5”/wing range and we don’t necessarily need more of thatSent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app Quote

Loaded Chicken Sandwich Posted January 29, 2021 Posted January 29, 2021 I don't really understand what Izzo was doing this season. Had Watts, Henry, Bingham, Brown returning from a good team. Langford healthy. Hauser eligible to play. That alone is a good Top 6 and a top 6 that knows what it takes to win. And after losing Tillman, Bingham seemed like the guy to fill in as a long athletic guy.. but almost never plays. Quote
