Hahaha, Minnesota gets away with a walk, misses shot, Simpson rebounds, immediately called for traveling.

Then Minnesota throws an inbounds pass to halfcourt, guy catches it and dribbles into the backcourt, official standing right there just shrugs.

Ok, I thought if a team called a timeout, and it was the first dead ball under 16, 12, 8 or 4 minutes, then that served as the media timeout. This wasn't the case in a game I saw last weekend, and just now, Minnesota called a timeout, we had one possession ending with a foul, and now a media timeout. Has this rule gone back to what it was? Commercials talk, I guess.

And it probably had a string that when you pulled it, the Bulldog marched back and forth while clapping its paws and furiously pulling up its pants.

Will never get old lol.

Minnesota fans chanting "Bullsh*t! Bullsh*t!" after disagreeing with an out of bounds call (in which the correct call was made).

I wonder if their AD will follow Cool Dad's lead and send out emails tomorrow.

I know Greg Purdoyle won't write a 3,000 word essay on it.

If we shake the cobwebs a little bit, here are the experimental rules for the 2019 NIT. The longer 3 pt shot, wider lane, and 20 second reset were there last year; the big change is resetting fouls at the 10 minute mark of the half, eliminating one-and-ones, and implementing the NBA 'fouls under 2 minutes' rule.

If we finish with 17-18 wins this team is going to the big dance. As crazy as it sounds, we're either going to the tourney or nowhere at all...our schedule will be in our favor unlike in years past. Do I think we can beat MSU, Wisky, Rutgers at home, and Illinois on the road? Yes. Will we though? No and that's what it's gonna take.

Watching Tennessee-LSU. 1st time I’ve really watched Tenn closely. They run ALOT of the same halfcourt stuff Archie runs. 2 differences: 1) Jordan Bone reads the secondary options better than Rob does at this point or Green ever will, and 2) if they have an advantage they readily break the play and attack it. It’s fun watching Jrs and Srs who really understand and react to what they’re seeing.

Forgot Virginia was playing at noon today. Turned it on at halftime -- Louisville was ahead by 10. We've got eight minutes left and the Cavs are now up by 2.

Although the Cards just got screwed. They got called for a charge when the defender's foot clearly was inside the restricted area. Mack went nuts and got a T. They can review that call at certain points of the game, but not others? Makes very little sense to me.

U.Va. -- down by 10 at halftime -- wins at Louisville by 12. ... Cavs are 32-3 in past 35 ACC games.
I know it won't mean much unless they do anything in the NCAAs, but I think this is the year they turn the corner.

They’re unable to come from behind because of their methodical offense....
