Stuhoo Posted January 4, 2025 Posted January 4, 2025 I promise this isn’t political, but of note, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and his daughter are sitting courtside at UK for the UF game. AND they sat him NEXT TO THE UK BENCH. AND Gov and his daughter aren’t wearing orange!! Wacky stuff. Quote
johnsoniu Posted January 4, 2025 Posted January 4, 2025 I remember it used to be you dove on the floor and had possession if you so much as twitched a muscle they’d call traveling. Now these guys flop around like a fish on crack break dancing and its play on. seems like there’s a happy medium in there somewhere Home Jersey and WayneFleekHoosier 2 Quote
Demo Posted January 4, 2025 Posted January 4, 2025 SEC basketball is currently what SEC football keeps trying to cling to but isn’t anymore. It’s miles ahead of every other conference this year. Watching this game after watching OSU-MSU last night, Jesus. It’s the difference between shooting a bullet and throwing it. Uspshoosier, Home Jersey and go iu bb 3 Quote
Home Jersey Posted January 4, 2025 Posted January 4, 2025 Kentucky and Florida was a very fun game. UK and UL both made very good coaching hires last offseason. Pope has a roster that he could easily go to a F4 with. I like the guy as much as I hate to admit it WayneFleekHoosier, Demo and johnsoniu 3 Quote

The idea that UK has Pope and Purdue has Painter, 2 guys I would actively root for at literally any other jobs, really grinds my gears. Home Jersey, HoosierX and AZ Hoosier 3 Quote
Popular Post johnsoniu Posted January 4, 2025 Popular Post Posted January 4, 2025 Watching UK this year, with Pope who seems like genuinely decent chap, and a roster of guys who aren’t renting the uniform for a year before heading to the NBA; I find my hatred of UK slightly waning. Then the camera pans to show the big blue nation hilljack fans and I remember…….eff em mamasa, theriverpilot, AZ Hoosier and 5 others 4 2 2 Quote
RaceToTheTop Posted January 4, 2025 Posted January 4, 2025 Have to say that to this point Notre Dame has not shown as much under Shrewsbury as people thought they would. Currently 7-6 with six losses in their last 7. UNC, though, has underperformed all year as well. they are knotted up at 66 with 3 minutes left. tkbbn and IUHoosierJoe 1 1 Quote

RaceToTheTop Posted January 4, 2025 Posted January 4, 2025 DePaul has come quickly back down to Earth...now 0-4 in the Big East after a 44 point loss to Villanova. WayneFleekHoosier 1 Quote
Jeff Flabjohns Posted January 4, 2025 Posted January 4, 2025 That South Carolina win probably is going to mean nothing by years end. They’re down 35 at Miss St lmao WayneFleekHoosier 1 Quote
FortWayneHoosier Posted January 4, 2025 Posted January 4, 2025 Auburn looks insane. I think Tennessee is good but from the sounds of it they are really short handed Quote
