Ask Dick Vitale he seems to think that the court should be named after Knight.

Who cares? Vitale is one of the stupidest commentators/analysts around. Which is quite an accomplishment given who he is up against.

At the half, Xavier over Butler 45 - 35.  A familiar name leading the scoring for Xavier - Remy Abell with 14 pts. on 5 of 6 from the floor.

Final score 88 - 69 in favor of Xavier.  Mr. Abell had himself quite a game with 21 pts. on 7 of 8 from the floor and he also had 4 assists.   Some players transfer out and it's just not a big deal but to me Remy will always be one of those 'ouch, that hurt' transfers

Wow, I was curious how Mississippi State was doing since they were on the uptick in the pre-season with their recruiting, so I looked up their schedule.

Currently 7-5 with losses to Southern University, Texas Tech, and Missouri - Kansas City.  It will be interesting to see how they finish Howland's first season.

Purdue is one of the best 4 teams in the nation.

i know they're hitting shots right now, but generally they don't have enough firepower on O to contend with the likes of Kansas, MSU, or Oklahoma in my opinion

I agree Ranger--right now.  I did not think so earlier because of their guards but their bigs demand so much attention their guards are left for virtually uncontested threes.  And they can hit them.

Purdue will be more human on the road---but they are also going to get better as the season goes on.

Purdue is definitely back.
