Miami definitely deserves a tourney spot imo, but at the same time are going to get absolutely dog walked by some 6 seed if they get one.

If they lose here and in the MAC tournament, their lack of schedule is going to be damning.  Have played no quad 1 and only one quad 2.....and have three wins against teams that aren't D1.

Yeah I meant if they pull this game off. Lose this and don’t win the MAC tourney and I have no use for them.

Miami holds on, 110-108.  That'll punch their ticket even if they lose in the conference tournament, so bubble teams will want them to win the MAC tourney.

Pretty classless showing by the Miami team after the game.

Incredible game.  Incredible effort.  Classless yet emotional ending.  
 

They aren’t a Cinderella to me, and I’m excited to see them get 30 pieced in the 1st or 2nd round.

If I was them I wouldn’t chance it and lose in their first round game against a terrible team.   They are 28-0(non d1 games don’t count) their non sos and sos is over 300.   In guessing since they have only played 1 team in the top  100 (Akron at home) if they lose to a team not named Akron in the mac tourney their WAB will take a significant hit.   They had to go undefeated to win the MAC outright because Akron only lost 1 game in the MAC.   Maimi didn’t have to play at Akron this year.   Unbalanced schedules stink.     I would have Akron as the favorite to win the MAC tourney

What was the classless part? I was struggling to stay awake in the 2nd and fell asleep once they got up by about 9 with 10 or so minutes left and missed the finish. I know Suder was yapping during the game.

Let's assume Miami (OH) loses in the MAC Tournament.  How about a Miami (OH) vs IU matchup in Dayton?

Jeff Goodman reports Ball State has fired Michael Lewis.

Lewis was 61-64 in his four seasons as head coach. Ball State is considered a bottom half of the MAC job - per the job rankings I did last month. Need to step up resource-wise to be able to compete with the Miami University’s, UMass, Toledo, Ohio, Akron and Kent State
