Honestly, I am just sick about this whole situation. Don't know what news is coming out next but doubt it will be good. I'm bracing myself.

 

It's good to be with other IU fans during this time, however, even if we don't agree on everything. We love Hoosier basketball and all want what is best for the program.

I just hope that, with whatever decision is made, the new members that have started posting stick around and contribute.  It's nice to have some fresh blood!  I do have to say, I'm impressed with the level of decency among most of us- there are some really good points being made for both sides of the argument.  Of course, there are some pot stirrers, but at this point, it's comic relief.

The fact that we will not know whether or not news will be dropped around 6:30-7 is giving me anxiety.  Time to buckle up and ride it out.  I was not old enough to completely understand what was going on during the Sampson era, and this isn't nearly as bad yet it hurts so much.  I don't know how you all made it through those dark days.  Pride, I guess.  We are Hoosiers.

Consider yourself lucky. Spring of 2008, especially watching the team drop its last three games, was honestly the worst I've ever felt as an IU fan. This pales in comparison. Maybe I haven't got the fight left in me anymore, I don't know.
