My only issue so far with his rant is he keeps saying "a 17 yr old freshman runs his teammate over with a car!!".  The situation wasn't perfect but the news that came out earlier made it seem Devin entered the roadway.  This can't be 100% on Holt.  Just poor judgment on both parts.

Hate to post this without having the ability to document, but the "no bar" rule was a joke. My cousin was a manager for the team, and has held (and still does) many positions with the team and university. I've heard stories for years about my cousin chasing players out of bars.  Hell, the night before the final game in New Orleans, players broke curfew and were drinking in the bars.  My cousin was on crutches, moving through the cobblestone streets, trying to get them back to the hotel before Knight found them.

And apparently several past IU players are contacting him and agreeing. I tell you this long, long IU fan is pretty angry that my school is being represented in this way. I had someone today tease me with an "Indiana Boozier". That is not how I want my proud IU to be represented.

So doesn't that story prove that the "no bar rule" was real? Just that players didn't always follow it?
