And I'm sorry blaming the refs is completely legit. The refs affect far too many NBA games for them to be a neutral component.

The superstar discount has gotten completely out of control. Too many players get it and what they get away with is insane.

The stuff Wade got away with in the 2005-2014 frame was just obscene and unlike Lebron Wade is dirty

Wade took a lot of abuse that wasn't called too. It's basketball and it happens with all superstars in the league past and present.

It's all about the mighty $$$. The NBE makes more of it and can control the outcome of games. It's entertainment more than pure basketball. It's been that way for awhile now.

I hate the play where a guy gets fouled and then throws up a ridiculous shot to get the free throws, or  pump fakes and jumps into the defender to draw the foul. It happens all the time now and it irritates me so much.

Which is why I rarely watch the NBA and when I do I usually don't enjoy it

Once LeBron retires I probably won't watch anymore. When I was younger I could watch all day long and never get bored, but I can't remember the last full non-LeBron game I watched. There's no parity so if you aren't a fan of the top few teams it sucks.

It's awesome to see LeBron get his @$$ handed to him. Couldn't happen to a better guy

By all accounts he's been a model citizen his entire career. Works with a ton of charities, great father figure, uses his celebrity to push for change. So yeah, despite your sarcasm, pretty great guy off the court. As a basketball player, to each their own, but off the court the league could use more guys like that.

Harden gets a ton of ridiculous calls too.

Sent from my iPad using BtownBanners

I don't know, I don't feel like Harden gets babied like the other guys as much as he figured out how to manipulate the calls, and does better then anyone else. Don't like how it effects the game but can appreciate the way he does it.

The media's pushing the "Durant's better than LeBron" narrative so hard now. Like no. Durant's team went 18-4 without him this year. That's a 67 win pace. They won 73 games without him last year. He's putting up good numbers on the most stacked team in modern NBA history. He doesn't have to work hard for his points because there are 3 other all-NBA players on the court with him that they have to worry about too. He's a cog in their machine. The workload between him and LeBron isn't even close. . Durant's a great player and if he was doing this against LeBron with OKC, or really any team other than Golden State then there'd be an argument, but he's not.

Lebron's gonna average a 30 point triple double on 50%+ shooting and the narrative after the finals will be "he'll never be better than Jordan" and he's "washed" as a superstar.

This literally makes no sense. It's harder to put up crazy numbers on a stacked team. Just look at Kobes stats after Shaq left and before they rebuilt.

And what team a player does something on doesn't affect it.

Curry double dribbled on the play where he "shook" LeBron.

I'm trying to figure out how serious you're being with all the whining. LeBron gets away with more than any other player in the NBA in terms of fouls for and against him. Not to mention travels and everything else. But now that his team is completely outmatched you're all over this thread trying to point out how the other team is getting away with everything.

You really are clueless lmao. Kobe hit his prime after Shaq left. Even with Shaq he still averaged 30 ppg. He played 12 years with the Lakers after Shaq left. He averaged more than 30 in 2 of those seasons. He put up 2 of his 4 highest ppg WITH Shaq. What stats were you wanting me to look at again?
