Had never done any searches for Tom Lyles until now. Literally could not find one mention of him related to kentucky, nba, overseas, YMCA anything...Seems pretty hard to believe that he played anywhere, seeing as I can't even track down a roster with is name on it.

I agree with IU Hoosier41 and wonder how this is not an NCAA violation?  Steve Alford once got in trouble for posing for a charity calendar and if this song is being sold by Lyles and specifically mentions his son, then it may cross the line.  Wow---and Lyles has the nerve to make fun of Crean for clapping??? Mr. Lyles meet Mr. Mirror !  I almost feel sorry for Trey because you can't choose your parents but Trey is a big boy now and can make his own decisions. The rumor always was that Mr. Lyles was looking for a job--who knew it would end up being a two bit record deal promoting BBN with poor rapping and weak lyrics. Definately classless coming from a recruits dad. I guess he's still pissed Crean couldn't offer him a job. But in the grand scheme of things any publicity is good publicity so maybe Crean can run with the ball. Living is SEC country this seems kinda mild considering people are stealing "Howard's Rock" and poisoning Toomers Trees. Plus you have coaches calling each other out daily with consolation bowls, etc...
