I'm pretty open to some jersey changes, but really enjoy the classic look still.   The only thing I definitely don't want touched is the lack of a name on the back.  I really appreciate that part over all the other traditions.

Minor changes I'm okay with.  Update the cut, the material, change font size/color (slightly), fine.  Things like the "INDIANA" arcing across the chest and the pinstripes around the neck/arms shouldn't change and no names on back.  That's basically my stance on not changing them.

I'm not sure what volleyball uniforms you've seen but those look nothing like volleyball jerseys.

Jeez sorry to insult the Volleyball world out there! Back in my middle school days our Volleyball team wore jersey shirts like that. Didn't mean to insult you though, with that awful comparison to a Volleyball jersey. Forgive me.
