My biggest concern in this recruitment is if his family wants him so far away. From what I recall during Christian's tenure, they drove up to IU from Alabama a lot to see him play. Can't imagine that they'd want to do that again for several more years, but it is just conjecture on my part regarding it.

Just speculation but I think we land Brooks.  We don't need Watford.

Due to @Class of '66 Old Fart being out of commission (he's competing in Skeleton in the Winter Olympics), he gave me his super secret source for info:

Trendon Watford led the Spartans with 27 points and 8 rebounds (and was named MVP) vs Huffman on Monday (I think). That puts the defending 7A champs Mountain Brook back in the Final Four

Yes he has mentioned IU in some interviews as a school recruiting him. My guess would be you will get your answer in April. If during the April evaluations we are present at any of his games then that would be a good sign. Early on CAM is really sticking to his in-side out philosophy. TJD and Brooks are clearly IU’s top targets for the class of 2019
