Ryan Carr was hired for a reason and he's good.  I think you can do more than hope in this case.  He looks to be a "piece" at least, and looks at least as good as Bailey was and stronger.

He’s 18 but likely super super raw for this year.

So yes; Carr can earn his keep by finding a kid that is a big, athletic, and under the radar.
