99.9%, only because essentially nothing is 100%.

I'll have to bust out the old guidelines book and check out bench coach and how many can be actively involved in recruiting. Clark and Carr are the only 2 we have that are currently viable.

You can have six countable coaches on the floor. Only four can be out at once recruiting. Who those four are, can be changeable. 
 

Also, with all these new staff additions, they will have to renovate the offices in Cook Hall. There is not enough space for their current staff size.
