We look like a 10 seed to me. We feel like we should be a 3-4 seed.

Ballo not as good as I thought. I feel like we haven’t used him in transition like I remember Arizona doing.

I certainly don't remember Ballo in transition much at Arizona.  He's a D and rebounder who gets quite a few points on putbacks.

I think the thought of IU being a 10 seed is more about the lack of trust in the coaching, but I certainly don't think the results have been that of a 10 seed.  But the team has shot the ball better from deep even with the nothing they have gotten from Goode.  The volume hasn't been there but 20 of 51 from three through three games is a set of numbers I'd take.

We were 7.5 favorites in this game for a reason, and we win by 16.

12 assists to 11 TO’s (worse in 2nd but still)

Shot 47% from the arc, on 17 shots

Carlyle had a big breakout game

Shot 81% from the line - important, the refs got whistle happy

7 steals leading to some breaks
Anyone complaining in this game just cracks me up.

Rice, maybe?

Up 11 at the half.

Smallest lead 8.

Biggest lead 18.

Final score win by 16.

That’s solid.

And our bench rotation guys of Gallo, Tucker, and Goode allows for unlimited combinations.

Yep. Still want them to find how to go for the throat, but it is November. I’m ready for Louisville.

I'll preface this by noting I wasn't able to see the game and only caught about the last 4 minutes on the airwaves.

But from what I gather via the commentary both on the radio and on here it seems like the second half lack of flow can be credited in part to the officials. It's hard for teams to get any rhythm or flow going when there's a whistle every 30 seconds.

Completely different officiated game in the halves.  12 total fouls in the first half, 32 in the second half.

Going to rewatch when I’m less distracted by these rugrats but solid margin victory. Not sure how good SCar will be but a win is always good. Plenty of room for improvement as there should be in November and plenty of stuff to be encouraged about too. Look forward to Atlantis to give us a real sense of what this team is capable of doing this year.

Before I get jumped on….yes I know we sucked last year.

That being said, and agreed upon, we did win by 16 today. Last year we only won one out of conference game by that amount (North Alabama by 17). From a metric standpoint I would guess we are off to a better start (as we should be).
