Class of '66 Old Fart Posted November 9, 2024 Author Posted November 9, 2024 So help me out here boys. I thought a targeting ejection was an automatic suspension. Quote
LamarCheeks Posted November 9, 2024 Posted November 9, 2024 Wow. All the sudden, Kurtis is not sharp at all. Shake it off. Quote

I believe it’s an automatic ejection from the game and a suspension for the next half. Since it happened in first half, he sits the second. If it happened in second half, he’d have to sit first half of next game. Or we’d appeal that. Class of '66 Old Fart 1 Quote

You’re out for the first half of the next game if it happens in the second half of the current game. If it happens in the first half you’re just out for the remainder of the game. For the half you're playing in and the next half. So a 1st half ejection is the rest of the game, a 2nd half ejection is that half and the 1st half of the following game. TheWatShot Posted November 9, 2024 Posted November 9, 2024 Offense is MIA since we went into turtle mode late in the first half. DChoosier 1 Quote

If he had been called in the second half he would have had to sit out the first half of the OSU game. Fortunately,, he was flagged in the first half so only has to miss the rest of this game. Home Jersey Posted November 9, 2024 Posted November 9, 2024 Okay, we’re all entitled to a few stinkers every now and then. That drive was one. Short memory. Need offense to hold up their end of the bargain. Defense doing all they can. Quote

maharkn Posted November 9, 2024 Posted November 9, 2024 Offense is going to have to have a drive next time to give this defense a break Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Home Jersey 1 Quote
IUFootballHappyHappyJoyJoy Posted November 9, 2024 Posted November 9, 2024 By this point, the defense would be out of gas and the Wolverines would be tearing us up. Instead, I think they're on their 3rd string QB. Quote
