IUFAN1976 Posted March 14, 2024 Posted March 14, 2024 Honestly, the only way we slow down Ace Baldwin is to change defenses, especially playing zone, 2-3, 1-2-2, etc. Even if Galloway plays, we aren’t quick enough at guard that can keep him from driving around us and getting to the rim. Woodson will have to counter that and throw a wrinkle in his D by playing some zone. What are the chances of him doing that? Quote

I believe it was after the Penn State game we adjusted, and we are using our big men to hedge on high pick and rolls. This should slow down Baldwin some. Quote

To me, it could slow Baldwin down even more if they change defenses, including zone, to make him think. Also, maybe have 3-5 possessions where we play a full court zone press and drop back into a zone. Quote
