Because of our wanker ball style of play I was going to boycott starting any more game threads but no one else is stepping up.

IU men’s basketball has opened as a 2.5-point underdog tomorrow at Penn State. Over/under 151.5.        Shocking isn't it?

Penn State (13-14) (7-9) but 11-4 at home has lost a starter to injury so we know what that means.  His replacement will torch us for 20+.  Meanwhile, we've lost a starter to injury and his replacement will -- oh, who are we kidding?

It would appear that the rest of the board's posters have joined your boycott... :D :D

I just think IU is due to randomly have a solid effort and performance game. I could see a random Mgbako or Gallo 30 point game. Will they win??? Eh probably not. I just think they are due for some crazy performance out of nowhere. I could also see them trailing 12+ at half and losing by 20. I just think at some point for 1 game something clicks.

2.5 dogs so we lose by 20?

I believe we win this game. Penn st probably been out drinking and partying after their big win the other night. They probably watched the iu game film to prepare and laughed an think they will win by 20. Woodson seems primed to get over a hump

Easily could be wrong, but I get the sense this is the game where things really go off the rails and what we're pretty much all hoping for becomes inevitable.
I feel it's a 50 50. Penn st as stated earlier could take us lightly and probably will. It all comes down if Woodson has lost the team or if they will dig in and compete hard for 40 minutes. If this game does go terrible then it's over or it definitely should be.
I think it should be over regardless

This game it goes off of the rails?

I think that was Auburn...or when IU did not have experienced, healthy, effective guards and shooters even before the season started.  And 5 starters that refuse to lose.  And coaches that...well, you know.

No big surprise -- X listed as out on the availability report.  Reportedly he's still not involved in any contact drills in practice so don't hold your breath for his return.
In reality it will be a miracle if he can contribute in a positive way when he does. He struggled to come back from the last injury now he has the arm. Will be interesting to see if when it happens. My guess is big 10 tournament when Woodson goes for broke
