Well that ended speculation.  That was a great win.  MSU has lost some close ones.  Did Scalia almost dd?  It would be nice if Garzon could remember to play the first half and it would be great to get Parrish back and playing at full strength before long.  Statement was be back soon about a week ago????

MSU is 19 in NET.  They are a solid team and probably like a 5-6 seed right now in March.

I'm not sure how MSU isn't ranked. They lost at OSU by 5 and lost at Iowa on a Clark 3 from the logo. They beat Purdue 97-70 just days after we beat Purdue by 6. 

 

Would rather not see them again. They gave us fits last year too.

I like how he was projecting a home loss to OSU when we don't even play them at home. Or that's what it sounded like; hard to tell with some of those word salads.

home against Maryland (5-7 in conference)

I don't see a pessimist could even see a record worse than 4-2 in the group -- and that's losing at home to Iowa and then getting upset in another game.

Well considering IU is three games ahead of fourth and fifth with tiebreakers, it is nearly certain IU will finish with the one, two, or three seed for Big Ten Tourney. Now facing them in the 3-6 or 2-7 game on Friday would indeed be a nightmare and is possible. Hopefully MSU gets the four of five seed and IU can't face them before the weekend.
