That's an interesting score. Greenfield plays a poor schedule, but they will have tougher games coming up with Avon+Delta...and both of those games are on the road.

One blurb I saw indicated Shelbyville forced GC into a slow play game.

Greenfield Central on the road trailed Pendleton Heights 46-41 after 3 Qs but rallied in the 4th and sent the game into OT tied at 53.  Still tied at 62 and game went to double OT and Mullins, of course, hits the winner with time expiring in the second OT for a 73-72 win and GC remains undefeated.  He finished with 51 pts. unofficially.  Kyle Neddenreip later tweeted they ruled his final  shot a 2 but it sure looks like a 3 to me.  GC still wins regardless.

EDIT:  Neddenreip later tweeted that it was indeed a 3-pointer, final score was 74-72 and Mullins official point total was 51.

Ya think?  I mean it's a long haul from Bloomington to Greenfield.  Mapquest says its 74 miles and will take 75 minutes to get there.  That's a long time to be away from the golf course.  Yes, I'm feeling very sarcastic this morning.
