Kenny Brooks KY coach says KY was right there in the game through about 7:00 minutes left in fourth quarter vs South Carolina.

Kenny Brooks coach at KY playing South Carolina says:  they just bring in another MacDonald’s All American for another MacDonald’s All American when player substitutions happen during game.

South Carolina fans response:  Maybe KY coach should recruit better.

The bottom five teams in the league have made it clear they don’t care if their women’s basketball teams are uncompetitive. Three of them in Penn St, Purdue, and Rutgers have had a lot of success historically so them not caring suddenly is especially strange.

Kieger staying is far more egregious then Gearlds as she has been there far longer with less success and accusations of player mistreatment.

Once again should be 6 easy wins for IU as starting point to conference play in 25-26.

Kentucky IS doing a good job of recruiting. IMHO Dawn Staley is like Pat Summit--she succeeds more on stockpiling top players than on coaching skill.

Wisconsin is expected to relieve Marisa Moseley of her duties and begin the search for their next head coach, per source.

Earlier reports were incorrect.  She actually resigned last week and associate coach Margaret McKeon will serve as interim head coach.  The Wisky press release said a national search will be conducted for Moseley's replacement.

From Raoul -

Purdue WBB class of 2025 signee Kira Reynolds, 6-4 F, South Bend Washington HS (IN), has announced that she's reopening her recruitment.

MaxPreps Stats

Interesting as her sister was on the PUke team this season but out all season with an injury.  And today, I read that her dad resigned his position as the South Bend Washington girls basketball coach after 11 years.  Wonder if there's a package deal in the works?

Also interesting to see if we get involved.  We never offered as it was pretty much a foregone conclusion she was going to PUke.

Could this be our post player for next season?  Would be a helluva addition if it did.

Talia Goodman -   Wisconsin post player Serah Williams has entered the transfer portal, sources told @On3sports. Williams, a 6-foot-4 junior, averaged 19.2 points, 9.8 rebounds, 1.1 steals and 2.3 blocks per game this season.

And the other shoe drops on the Reynolds family.  Didn't realize there were 2 sisters already attending PUke.

Purdue WBB forward & guard Mila and Amiyah Reynolds are planning to enter the transfer portal, a source tells me. Mila is a 6’3 junior & Amiyah is a 6’0 freshman. Brother of 2026 HM prospect Steven Reynolds III & older sister of recent Purdue WBB decommit Kira Reynolds.

Mila already transferred once, from Maryland. Must be getting pretty bad at Purdue if she's willing to sit out a year before she plays again.

We wish.  I hope we can get a couple home run additions.
