Granted, tonight it might not make much of a difference -- but there was an obvious targeting on Tuttle that was missed and an obvious hold on that Clifford scramble. Two years ago, we had that phantom fumble on a punt that didn't touch our returner. And on one of PSU's touchdown runs, our guy was about to catch him from behind in the backfield when he just got flat-out tackled by the O lineman. Quote
