Hoosierfan22 Posted April 28, 2021 Posted April 28, 2021 I’m hearing that Chad won’t commit soon and is waiting for after the summer to see our camp but it is between him and Hoover and who commits first. CSP 1 Quote

When Trayce says he and his dad met with Coach Woodson, I'm assuming he means Chief Jackson, not Dale Davis. thebigweave, CSP and IUc2016 3 Quote

He did in fact mean that. I've posted this places before.. but one of my VERY good friends was the FR coach at CG while Trayce was in HS. Dale doesn't have a lot to do with Trayce. Chief Jackson is, by all accounts, Trayce's dad. Not going to rag on Dale at all.. Idk the story or circumstances. Stuhoo, thebigweave and MemphisHoosier 3 Quote
CSP Posted April 28, 2021 Posted April 28, 2021 Basically.. once we got McCulley, Jackson wasn't an option for us. That's ok though. Side note: the 2022 class in the state of IN is the best football class I've ever seen on paper. BtownStrength, IUc2016 and MemphisHoosier 3 Quote

I didnt say otherwise. Once we got McCulley.. we didnt really recruit Jackson, him wanting to go out of state was irrelevant for us. Quote

CSP Posted April 28, 2021 Posted April 28, 2021 I haven't watched near enough of Jackson to judge his play. But his dad played in the NFL. I know CG opened up their offense quite a bit since he's arrived and after his FR year, even more. They lineup and just shove it down your throat with their traditional wing T, normally. Watched a guy in college do 43 reps of 225lbs... he played OL at CG lol they have some ungodly impressive kids in the weight room. thebigweave 1 Quote

We still had games his sophomore year where we didn’t throw it at all. They opened it up a little bit last year but nothing dramatic. Same offense my 9 year olds team will run in Batams football league this year. Every team will run the same offense. If they don’t the coach will get a nasty email telling them to run the suggested plays Quote
