Georgetown’s Malik Mack back in the portal. Kenny brought him from Harvard to Georgetown, so I assume he can probably be had, but it would be disappointing if he’s the PG of choice. Would be pretty surprised by that.

Yes it was. He is B1G starter quality w/o doubt. Unfortunately in my estimation he fits UCONN the best

I disagree about Mack. He’s too small and can’t shoot. He did light us up that day but hes been underwhelming for gtown

Lighting up IU is not such a high bar these days. UConn won't even sniff in Mack's direction IMO. They want the Furman kid. Georgetown went 18-16 and 16-18 with him playing 30+mpg ... this year 38% FG and 29.8% from 3... not super exciting and don't think we will be involved

Then he said "Maybe not actually". I wouldn't take much of what these guys say too seriously. Is it fun? Yes. Are they accurate? Not when you look at what they miss on.

That would be a bummer. Certainly he is replaceable, but I'd like to have some level of continuity. We only have two returnees who I consider viable rotation guys on a good Big Ten team. If he leaves, it's just Trent.

Purely FWIW another former Woodson offer.  Nothing in his stats to make you want to go after him.  Playing time diminished over the last month of the season.

Pretty interesting what’s happening at UL and I suppose just the reality we need to get accustomed to. They took a step forward this year and now instead of building on it they’re losing everything. They’ll have, presumably, Wooley back, London Johnson, the G League kid who didn’t play this year and is apparently the next PG, Khalifa who was the lesser half of their C pair with Fru, and then just some spare parts. And no ‘26 recruits. They’re basically starting over again. That is rough.
