Stuhoo Posted October 24, 2020 Posted October 24, 2020 Me to my kid: “the way Penn State is playing they’re gonna miss this kick.” Penn State kicker: “doink.” johnsoniu 1 Quote

LamarCheeks Posted October 24, 2020 Posted October 24, 2020 Seems so fitting that when we recover a fumble, they review it -- and call a penalty on us to nullify it. And when PSU recovers a fumble, they review it -- and miss an obvious targeting call. Josh 1 Quote
RaceToTheTop Posted October 24, 2020 Posted October 24, 2020 I don't know if 'breaks' our DBs catching incredibly badly thrown balls into their hands. That said, Penix played very poorly that half. Gonna clean that up. Defense has been good against the but can't count of those floaters next half. Quote
Stuhoo Posted October 24, 2020 Posted October 24, 2020 Penn State looks like a Bill Lynch team, And we look like what OSU, UM, or Penn State does with Bill Lynch teams. Translation? Penn State dominates the stats and yet things still aren’t going well for them. Quote

That dude was bobbling the ball going out of bounds. It wasn’t close to possession. Then that missed targeting. Perfect camera angle. We have plenty to be thankful for, but those were two big plays. What I don't get is how Pereia can catch these things on the same replay that replay officials who are paid miss. Quote

Stuhoo Posted October 24, 2020 Posted October 24, 2020 I looked up the targeting rule. That can only be reviewed when there was a flag on the field. The refs on the field missed it, not the review refs. mdn82 1 Quote

Get under 5 to go with a 14+ lead and then we can start talking. Maybe under 3 to goSent from my Pixel 3a XL using Tapatalk Quote
cthomas Posted October 24, 2020 Posted October 24, 2020 Read an article this week about how calm Penix has always been. Never rushed and never rattled. That's not how he has looked most of the first half. I think he settles down and gets his rhythm back in the second half. Going to be a battle regardless. PSU isn't going to roll over. Stuhoo 1 Quote
