This is such ridiculous banter. No one on here knows what this kid will be able to do in 2yrs or have any control on how it goes. It's all mute at this juncture. It is however, prudent for the staff to keep an eye on him and maybe reach out with some developmental advice. Personally, I think a baller is a baller is a baller!

Very well said ...I have zero idea if he will grow physically at all.  If he does he could be dangerous.  The only thing I know is he desperately wants to play for IU and he will work hard the next two years to do it if possible.

Don’t fall in that trap....1. He has already played on the same teams with AND in the same teams against Furst, Blackmon, and Landers multiple times.  2. Don’t forget that while the summer circuit condenses the talent and pools it together it also turns into nba all star mode where individual players try and dominate the ball to create exposure.  There typically isn’t an emphasis on team sets and there typically is not a lot of attention to defense.   3.

ir you want to see him try and measure up against a good team watch him play Delta Friday.  23-0 ( last undefeated team in any class ) and arguably the best team in the state in 3A.  Blackford will lose by 20 but they are 8 deep with solid guys and they’ll double Luke or worse the whole game.  Go see it in person and see what you think.

Oh and in general ...if you can make it to new castle Friday it’s a great two game set ...new castle with the number 2 scorer in the state plays Hamilton heights with a top 25 scorer in sophomore gus etchison ....the Blackford game has the number one scorer and then delta had the best record in the state and a top 25 scorer in josh Bryan ....I’m not sure the Blackford game will be super competitive (although I’ll be cheering for it to be) but Luke will make it a show.

What humor is in your posts? Your entire post history is pumping up a 16 year old kid in your town and sprinkling in comments that make me wonder when the restraining order is coming. 

Well he certainly was starting to convince me the kid was the next bohannon. I guess i did not realize his connection to him. Makes sense now.

In all fairness, sir, how many Romeo fans had restraining orders placed on them for hyping him up?  Romeo had grown men raving on him, too (as have many young athletes) and many weren't anywhere in the vicinity of his home town and had no direct connection.  It's an open forum.  Brown plays in this guy's hometown, a very small town mind you where people know most of their neighbors (if not all of them).
I'm not saying Brown is the level of Romeo or Damon Bailey, but at the same time, he just might make Damon sweat his record a bit.  To call him out as some child stalker is ridiculous and uncalled for.  I didn't want to get involved, but I'm not going to sit and let someone slam another poster who has done nothing more than cheer on a hometown hero on a forum which allows it without stepping in and calling you out.
I'm sure you'll have plenty of followers who will ridicule me for even stepping in, but I'm sure there are others on this forum who agree with me that you've taken it too far.  His posts have been almost exclusively positive and he's hyped up, like a whole lot of other people are.

Old fart put up a great link to the bsn YouTube channel.  If you want some fair games to evaluate how he plays but maybe want it condensed watch missessenewa, quarters 2-4 of north western, almost all of the frankton game is good.
