If the governing body doesn't care why should the member institutions? Frankly, I want a level playing field; although I'd prefer the NCAA do it's job in the first place. Quote

People whine that the NCAA can’t investigate but that’s by design. You could easily structure the NCAA to better assist in oversight. Phones and computers could be the property of the NCAA instead of the individual schools. Yes they could still get around it but it would still require a small amount of effort Quote

In a call b/w Sood and Dawkins on 6.2.17 there is reference to the recruitment of player — who has not been identified — and Dawkins says, "I mean, because I talk to Sean.
