Would be excited about either one of those hires (I know I'm in the minority), but I sure as hell hope it is Donovan. Marshall would be good too I think if that somehow happened. Everyone else would frankly piss me off.

Yeah everybody got fed incorrect info right before the firing. Could be we are seeing that again.

After Stevens and Donovan, I'm fully aboard the Mike White bandwagon. Everything I've heard about him is that many expect him to be one of the next coaching stars, he's got good defensive teams, and I love his sideline demeanor. I hate to throw this out there, but I feel like he's got that Brad Stevens cool, calm and confidence in him.

The Fresh and Sophs on that team are now the Junior and Seniors leading this team. 

Sorry man but those same kids didnt finish .500 and Hill looked horrible under BD. 8 of their players are Mike White kids. Hayes, Ebgunu, Leon, Barry, Allen, Stone & Gak have all been big parts in their success. D Rob and Chiozza are the only true impact guys he has from BD's time. Hill has been good leadership wise.

No they werent lol. I promise you they weren't. Allen recruit, Leon juco, ebgunu transfer, barry grad transfer, Hayes recruit, Gak recruit, Stone recruit, Eric Hester recruit. All came after Mike White was announced. Kasey Hill, Devin Robinson and Chris Chiozza were pretty much it that is left from Billy D.

If you pay attention to any kid nowadays I am sure everyone on here will tell you most kids leave when a coach does unless they want to play for that coach. 1 out of 10 actually commit to a school. Even then you still re recruit them and hope they stay. We just lost 2 kids that werent highly recruited cause Crean left. And if they come back I will consider them the new coaches kids cause they are the ones that brought them back. It is his second year usually your team has more than 3 previous players in your top 8 of scoring.

Just got some awesome information from another student surrounding Billy D. And this is a unique source, but one that I think really could mean a lot. Here's the scoop:

My buddy is close with an IU student that has "relations" with a player or two on the team. This student said that according to a player that will remain nameless, Donovan has communicated with players today (not sure if the whole team or not, and not sure if he communicated with them in Bloomington or not), but there has been communication between BD and members of the team. This player also said it has been made pretty clear that all of the guys want Donovan, and that his hiring would prevent a lot of transfers. 

Obviously a different source, but I think it's honestly more credible than these "insiders" with random twitter accounts
