It's what he needs to do regardless of where he ends up.Our season ended a little over 24 hours ago. Glass is likely aligning his plans.The true insiders have claimed he is gone. Apparently he was offered the Missouri job - we should take that as he will not be back and was told to seek employment elsewhere. Crean is not in the driver's seat here.Money matters most. If money is drying up, it will force Glass to make a move regardless of his personal connection to Crean.I think there is a non-zero chance that Crean could be back but I'm not really worried. The stars are too aligned at this point. My main worry is where the program goes next. I'm not buying the Donovan rumors at this point so it needs to be the "right" guy.
