I think the Wilson extension at this point is very questionable and would love to know more specifics on why he was let go and when everything took place that led to it. The Crean buyout is also a big question mark. Also all the stuff around the WBB program for a couple years although they seem to be doing really well now. Some of the other programs seem to be excelling right now under him though, but the program that most consider the face of the athletic department is struggling mightily, and the fan base has been torn for a few years. Note: I will admit my criticisms of him have probably came when I was upset about the fact Crean is still here, and have been somewhat unwarranted at times. Ive got a coworker who has connections to Ohio State, where Wilson ended up. From what they are saying, Wilson's departure happened to keep IU from being sued. There was a pending lawsuit by families and Wilson leaving put out that fire. Quote

He wanted to be on the bench so to speak. He was limited in his role of Director of Basketball Operations on face to face time with the boys.
