Yogi's Picnic Basket Posted January 21, 2017 Posted January 21, 2017 Postgame Izzo said we played them better than anyone in the first half all year. That is telling without the guys were missing. Still a high ceiling for this team. Also said JBJ was best shot maker by far this year. One positive for Izzo is how Eron Harris played. Should help them more throughout the year if he can keep it up. Sent from my LGLS676 using BtownBanners mobile app Quote

It's the gap between that and our floor that is the problem. Crimson and Cream, cappymo14 and Alford Bailey 3 Quote
Stuhoo Posted January 21, 2017 Posted January 21, 2017 During the last three or four minutes of the game we were excellent! No last-minute turnovers or blowup this time! Well done guys. cappymo14 1 Quote
Stuhoo Posted January 21, 2017 Posted January 21, 2017 That looked the most like last year's Thomas Bryant of any game I've seen this year. Quote

Huge difference between JBJ and what Yogi did for us last year. James will go MIA a few times. Have you looked at the back half of this schedule? TOUGH! Finish around .500. Quote

Yogi's Picnic Basket Posted January 22, 2017 Posted January 22, 2017 Here is my theory based on assumption lol. When Crean loses a good player to injury and makes us less talented he actually game plans better and is a better coach from it. When he has more talent he expects them to win on their own. Only thing that seems to make sense for me. Sent from my LGLS676 using BtownBanners mobile app Quote

Alford Bailey Posted January 22, 2017 Posted January 22, 2017 JBJ did what he does. Similar to the Kansas game only better. He is on one of his good streaks. Lord help us when he goes MIA. Big positive for me was Greene. He is starting to get more comfortable. Makes things happen on both ends. Could pay dividends later on. Quote
Stuhoo Posted January 22, 2017 Posted January 22, 2017 Okay. Now I checked the box. TB and Ward were a draw in the box score, and TB was great down the stretch. I am very satisfied with that. Quote
