Nah, for a player that is on the fringes its easy to release and ask questions later. If Troy gets his head right, joins another NBA team or Euro club and becomes a serviceable NBA player, then good to him. I'm sure the Suns or any other team would've held onto hope if he was a 1st round pick or veteran player unless the case against him was dire and/or despicable.

Troy Williams (@troywilliams_) has signed with Taiwan Beer.  Taiwan Beer plays in the Super Basketball League, the top tier league in Taiwan.
