HoosierAloha Posted March 28, 2016 Posted March 28, 2016 Watch out for UL next season and UNC the season after that. My momma always taught me cheaters never win and winners never cheat... thanks mom. Quote
WayneFleekHoosier Posted March 28, 2016 Posted March 28, 2016 Maybe I missed the story, but what's the story here? As I remember it... Brunson was a high level recruit. 5*. Most all schools wanted him. He committed to his dad's alma mater Temple, and his dad was going to get paid with a coaching gig. Ended up charged in a Masseuse parlor mishap and lost his cushy job. Jalen ends up at Nova. Not a far assumption to think Dad found a way to get some cash one way or another. Class of '66 Old Fart 1 Quote
mdn82 Posted March 28, 2016 Posted March 28, 2016 This should be IU. Yes I am still pissed our season is over and we got beat by the better team. theriverpilot and Class of '66 Old Fart 2 Quote

Class of '66 Old Fart Posted March 28, 2016 Posted March 28, 2016 But masseuse parlor makes for a much more entertaining story and mental images of what went on! :-D WayneFleekHoosier 1 Quote
mdn82 Posted March 28, 2016 Posted March 28, 2016 Of course UNC isn't hitting shots like they did on us. Quote
Uspshoosier Posted March 28, 2016 Posted March 28, 2016 @chronichoosier That makes one final four team currently under NCAA probation for academic fraud (among other things) with UNC up next. Yay, amateurism. WayneFleekHoosier, theriverpilot and Bobman1 3 Quote

Trish Posted March 28, 2016 Posted March 28, 2016 Cuse to the final four and we were knocked out in the sweet 16. Wow. Quote
Uspshoosier Posted March 28, 2016 Posted March 28, 2016 @lukewinn The 3-Pointapocalypse is upon us. 3 teams that take 40%+ of FGAs from deep in Final 4 (Nova, OU, Cuse). 1 before that in past decade (VCU). Quote

Uspshoosier Posted March 28, 2016 Posted March 28, 2016 @jonsolmon Tony Bennett is 68-1 at Virginia when leading by 10+ points at halftime. That 1 will linger for a long, long, long time. Ouch Bobman1, WayneFleekHoosier and Class of '66 Old Fart 3 Quote
WayneFleekHoosier Posted March 28, 2016 Posted March 28, 2016 If I am a NBA GM 1. Simmons 2. Jamal Murray 3. Buddy Hield 4. Kris Dunn 5. Brice Johnson 6. Denzel Vakentine 7. Brandon Ingram 8. Sabonis 9. Jaylen Brown 10. Poeltl Malachi listed at 34 on big board. Troy in 70s, ThomasB in 60s. Quote

Talented as hell but can't carry a team to wins. I think Ingram is gonna be special. Quote

Uspshoosier Posted March 28, 2016 Posted March 28, 2016 Cuse to the final four and we were knocked out in the sweet 16. Wow. Luck of the draw I would say One team got to play a Dayton team that struggled down the stretch , Michigan st ( I mean middle Tennessee) , an 11 seed gonzaga, and then Virginia who decides to collapse (Bennett is 68-1 when having a 10 point lead at half at Virginia) the 1 loss came today. The other team had to play the sec reg season co champs and sec tourney champs in second round (kenpom top 10 team and then play the reg and tourney ACC champs in the sweet 16 ( preseason number 1 and kenpom top10 and probably one of the favorites to win it all) theriverpilot and HoosierAloha 2 Quote

What am I missing that the scouts are seeing? I love his length with that shot. He gets into whatever space he wants. Gets to the rim at ease. I think he is your 3. He will have trouble with that size defensively at the next level. WayneFleekHoosier 1 Quote
