If we don't, then things aren't going well at all!

I'm really worried about our legs..  In our last 5 games we've lost our touch from outside.  I think it's a combination of opponents taking that away and fatigue setting in.

@MSU  38.5 (2FG%)  36.7 (3FG%)

Iowa  52.6  (2FG%)  36.0 (3FG%)

@PSU  40.0  (2FG%)  33.3 (3FG%)

@Mich  63.9 (2FG%)  33.3 (3FG%)

Minn 61.5 (2FG%)  11.1 (3FG%)

Yogi looks exhausted. He needs to schedule a nap.

Yogi looks exhausted. He needs to schedule a nap.

I guess playing him 30+ minutes in every B1G game and 35+ in 11/13 B1G games will do that.  He played 35, 31, 35, and 37 minutes in blowouts against O$U, ILL, NU, and @UM respectively.  That's just not great personnel management.

At least you had heat!

Let's add, "missed an evidentiary deadline" to my bad day list.  Though, the opposing attorney and I are on good terms and I anticipate less than a 25% chance of any repercussions.

I can only assume I'm collected all the badness so the team will be showered with goodness. That makes sense.

And you're right Natty, I'd rather be in my lukewarm shower and step out into the heat than huddled around the fire in the den with a hot shower.

Actually, with a good book and a warm blanket, huddling sounds pretty relaxing.

Crean is bad about keeping starters in during blowouts until 4 minutes left. Hope Yogi can get some good rest in tonight!

lol  Sounds like you had a great day!  Luckily that was the worst of my day.  It took about 2 hours for the house to warm up but it made it there!  Worst case scenario for me if our hot water goes out would be to drive to work and shower at the gym (just must be sure to have my flip flops)!

Worried about PU. No worries tonight. We will cruise and feel good about ourselves after this 1. Hopefully Troy and Yogi gain some flow back.

It's crunch time. Stack up the W's!

I'd be perfect w/just plain OK-Troy tonight.  I want Good-Troy to step up against Purdouche.  I hate those tools.

Denzel Valentine of MSU has played no less than 30 minutes in the Spartan's last five B1G games, four of which were blowouts (30 minutes vs. Northwestern in a 31 point blowout, 30 minutes vs. Rutgers - 34 point blowout, 34 minutes vs. Michigan - 16 point victory, 42 minutes vs. PUke in a 1 point OT victory, and 38 minutes against IU in a 19 point victory).  His point production in that time span, 19, 20, 21, 27, 30 - 117 points.  Valentine was in the IU game until 40 seconds left to play.  Look at Wisconsin, I imagine Showalter, Happ, Koenig and Hayes all average 30 minutes or more in the B1G, and they have won 7 in a row,

In February and March (and beyond), big players play big minutes.
