ALASKA HOOSIER Posted December 20, 2015 Posted December 20, 2015 I thought I saw him in the face of TB LockdownD 1 Quote
ALASKA HOOSIER Posted December 20, 2015 Posted December 20, 2015 I noticed on Bleacher report that everytime there is a new thread posted on Btown banners, it is highlighted on BR. Maybe, someone should start a new ROJO appreciation thread on here so it gets out to him. He needs to know he is appreciated. Also, CTC might start noticing him as well and bench TW! Quote
rebelhoosier848891 Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 Alaska--I agree I like RoJo's game and we are better with him in he lineup. But--I can't agree on benching TW for long periods of time. We need his length and boardwork. No way we win the ND game without TW. It's also going to be hard to keep Hartman out of the lineup from here on out. I still like RoJo in place of Hartman when we go small and as a motivator for JBJ when we go bigger. I keep hoping RoJo's improvement will cause JBJ to feel pressure to improve his game. One can only hope! IUsafety, WayneFleekHoosier and Stuhoo 3 Quote
WayneFleekHoosier Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 Troy gets a little too much hate on here. Yes, he can be wild. Yes, he makes poor decisions. Yes, yes, yes. He is also our best player at getting to rim. He is maybe, and probably our best rebounder. He plays hard, more than most. He surely has his negatives but his positives are large. I have a feeling we will miss him when he is gone, and not just his highlight dunks. When we need a bucket to stop a run, the players look to Troy, and so does Crean. They put the ball in his hands. I agree. We cannot win without Troy. I definitely believe we can win without JBJ. Sure, he's an incredible scorer, but RoJo is pretty damn solid and has a much better all around game. In order to win, we'd need less points with JBJ not out there on defense. WayneFleekHoosier and Str8Hoosiers 2 Quote
sirhoosierlot Posted December 22, 2015 Posted December 22, 2015 That's right woohoo for Rojo! Woohoo for school! Whoohoo for me! Quote
Class of '66 Old Fart Posted December 22, 2015 Posted December 22, 2015 RoJo hasn't committed a TO in his last 61 minutes of action vs. committing 18 in his first 212 minutes per Baumgart. Stuhoo, waitingon6, mdn82 and 2 others 5 Quote
