IU and the Maui Classic 2015

Recommended Posts

i called the booster club and asked about the tourney tix. they said they are going to sell them this summer. I have my condo/plane tix....just worried i won't have the damned tourney tix to watch them play. I'm afraid that i'll be the guy sitting on the corner with a coffee cup accepting ticket donations.

They will be formidable, with a strong frontline, but they also lost their top two scorers to the draft. Will be interesting to see if they play Zimmerman and Okonoboh together, I'd assume they will.

Honestly I think our frontline is nearly identical to UNLV's except we will have serious depth at the forward position. Guard play isnt even close either. Advantage IU. We are winning Maui.

Yea right we need that game to help our strength of schedule which has been rather weak the last few seasons.

IUs overall strength of schedule last year was 23 I would not call that weak. Now I agree ius out of conference should be better (97) but there were 5 teams in the top 25 sos that had a worst out of conference schedule (iowa state, Louisville to name a few)

I understand that it was not as weak as I said but a program like Indiana should play more teams on their level. These names need to be on the list. (Not all of them just a majority)
Kentucky
Ucla
Uconn
North Carolina
Louisville

they played Louisville last year and played uconn in 2013 and played North Carolina in 2012. 3 of the 5 u mentioned we have played in the last 3 years. If u go back 4 years we have played 4 of the 5. Also of the list of teams u listed North Carolina (2) and Louisville (22) had a better sos then Iu (23) last year
