Young Mr. Murray has still not set foot on the UK campus other than for his official recrutiing visit. This waiver would allow him to miss at least the first few weeks of classes during his one and only year at UK. "The FIBA American Championships are coming up at the end of the month. As much as Murray would love to play, classes start on the 24th and Murray can not be in two places at once.
