Sure most CTC threads overlap, and we understand that, but there's no reason to bring coaching into recruiting threads. Thomas Bryant's thread should be about Thomas Bryant, not every other thing you listed.

In our case coaching is the last thing we should talk about in a recruiting thread.

In our case coaching is the last thing we should talk about in a recruiting thread.

Coaching is a part of the recruiting process. But they don't talk about coaching in a sense of where it relates to the recruit. It's the same people who go back and forth in every thread. We could have a thread named blue and we would have the same people arguing the same argument over Crean. The recruiting threads are purely CCG and Paps. They put a ton of work into those threads. We would hope people could respect this warning. In the TB thread I gave the same warning 3 days in a row to the same people. That is why we are where we are. We can't have that. I don't think people do it to piss anyone off. They do it cause it's the first thread they click on and the same person they have went back and forth with for months posted in there. We don't want to be dicks but a big part of our board is the work those guys put in where they don't get paid for their time. We will do what we can to help them out.

When in doubt... START A NEW TOPIC. If it's too similar, we will merge it into the proper channels. Just start a new topic for your sidetracks. It will create more debate, engage more users and will be better for the board.


You said doubt...does that mean no Bryant and/or Thon? Or the rumors aren't true?
