I agree. Hopefully, it lights a fire under everyone on our frontline and gives our team a more aggressive (football type) mentality we've been lacking. Especially defensively, we won't need him to score unless he's wide open.

Alford Bailey, I agree. Yogi complained earlier this season that the team was soft. I hope Fuchs can add some toughness even if he doesn't get much playing time.

Not sure it necessarily helps. Rawle was a freshman when Fuchs was a senior, so it's not like there's much of a connection. Can't hurt though.

Couldn't it warm the coach up to IU, even a little? Any slight nudge towards us is a step in the right direction.

XLevel, Hova mentioned that earlier in the thread. I hope Fuchs has good things to say about CTC that will help bring Rawle to IU.

Oh yeah, the point I was trying to make is that the impact won't be huge. Could help a little bit, but certainly won't hurt. Don't know that CTC and his staff would have had any contact with his high school coach regarding Fuchs though, since we didn't go after him out of high school.

As a more of a finesse player in I HS I know I always hated it when the football players started practicing with us . Beat the hell out of ya. Toughened us up, though.

I figured it out. It's all a recruiting pitch. Fuchs spent most of his high school career at Christ The King in NYC. The same high school as...........Rawle Alkins.
