Add Hyron with Thomas to this class and everybody chills a little. Needs are addressed and shows we can play the big time recruiting game again.

Recruiting one consensus top 100 player doesn't prove IU can recruit with the big boys.

Also, if anyone chills because IU recruited one consensus top 100 player I would wonder if those people care about victories. Noah Vonleh was highly recruited and helped IU to no better than a 17-15 record. Troy Williams was highly recruited. Stanford Robinson was highly recruited. Hanner Mosquera-Perea was highly recruited. None of that seems to matter. What matters more than any recruiting ranking is how the kids are utilized and developed after they arrive on campus.

O, I agree with ya. But considering the April and Priller recruiting debacle of this spring a class Of Edwards, Bryant, OG and Morgan makes me feel better.

I'd be thrilled with a class of Bryant, Morgan, OG, and Hyron Edwards.

Heard today on SC that Luke Kennard broke the high school scoring record for Ohio. Averaging 39/11/6 this year. Going to Duke. Nasty!

Ps- some must-info. Passed #5 Lebron James. Now is 4th.

Yea, Luke is the real deal. Got to see him a couple times. Was hoping we could land him last year but he was too big a fish for us I guess.

Juwan and OG say hello. Everyone gets so worried about recruiting; you really think April and Priller will be here?

As we know (fall of 2010), momentum can build in a second. All it takes is Bryant; then IU can reload in 2016 and the play on the court has some guys thinking about things in 2017. IU is on the verge imo

So the pond doesn't have any 5 stars or top 20 recruiting classes in its future? I wonder if a team could be concidered good or have a chance to win at a high level without those two? I think Virginia is doing ok the last 2 years.

Watched V play last night. They remind me of I U teams of old. Also looked out their roster. Two of the guys that played really well we're red shirt juniors and another was a senior. Think Hartman RoJo n Max can all be that type with time work n the application of some good coaching.

i agree I think Bennett is a really good coach and for basketball fans of defense they are the team to watch on how to play team defense. I think Rojo can be a lockdown defender in a couple of years (Chris Reynolds?)

I don't think there are very many 5 star coaches, at the moment.

1st season no post season

2nd season no post season

3rd season 26 point 1st round ncaa loss

4th season Nit 3rd round

5th season Ncaa sweet 16

or this season, yet to be determined?
